Just a quick update.

recently asked me when I was going to colour my Cecil sketch. I replied "Soon, promise xD I'm on half term at the moment so I'll get around to it once my homework's done".

Well, I finished my English assignment this afternoon ( ) so off I jollied to open Photoshop and get right on it.

Guess what?


The tablet's dead.


I mean, come on. First the laptop popped its clogs, and when it's finally fixed the tablet decides to commit suicide?!

I'm sorry Sky-Hart..... :'(



So it's probably just gonna be sketches, photos and (possibly) dissidia screenshots for a while...

My mum bought a scratchcard while we were downtown. The last time I scratched one, we won a tenner - so I scratched it for fun. We won two pounds xD

So we bought another with the money and I scratched it. This time, we got a tenner


*feels lucky*


In other news, the laptop has been ressurected!! Well, half so. The new charger cable is almost as dodgy as the old one, so it was a combination of a faulty charger AND a faulty laptop itself that killed it. Oh well xD

I painted both Leonel and Charon's faces, and repainted Coralee's in the gap in DA activity - AND I made some jumpers and jewellry for little Leon. I'll upload pictures in a bit xD Oh yeah, and I wrote a poem that I absolutely LOVE for english lit. That's going up here, too.

It's official - my laptop's dead.

Well, not /technically/ dead. The power pack thing that connects it to the mains won't work, so it has to run of battery power. And the battery isn't too wonderful. So right now I'm typing to you from the ancient computer in the attic, and cramming as much browsing I possibly can into the little slice of time I have access to the internet while my dad's at work xD

Oh yeah, and I somehow managed to slice three fingers open with a lino cutter on friday. Not too happy about that, either xD


But on the plus note - I got my pastels!! Just have to wait for it to stop raining so I can MSC to do faceups ALSO I found some long(ish) fur to do wigs. Both attempts thus far have failed, so I'll try again tomorrow



Hopefully the new power pack for the laptop will arrive on Monday. Why isn't there post on Sundays?! o.o

I miss the Internet.

So I'm glad to say that the art theft incident has been dealt with by the mods. And to make sure (or at least try to) that it doesn't happen again, I've slapped ugly watermarks all over everything and will be reuploading them.

Sketch request done at last - big thanks to for being so patient. Also, the 3333 hits pic will be more like a 'number of hits and watchers' combined thing, seeing as my page has been viewed over a hundred times more and the pencil's nowhere near the sketch pad.

And on another another note, for college we have to do an extended project - but we get to choose what about. We can pick anything we want, as long as it's an investigation/in the form of a question. It's a 5000 word essay, or 1000 words and some kind of artefact (like a video or a sculpture or something). So here's my question-
'How has the Final Fantasy series developed over time, and what is its impact on the gaming world?'

How freakin' awesome is that?!?!?

And my tutor said, for the artefact, I can produce a picture (on photoshop, of course ) of a NEW Final Fantasy game that I design from scratch!!!


It's a dream come true!!!!!



So yes, expect to see concept art and stuff like that from me over the course of the year
